All equipment is in good condition. You are renting the latest models. All Flash rental equipment is checked in advance, batteries are in good condition, preventive maintenance is automatically scheduled and service is included. You have no further worries from the moment you receive the equipment.
It is important to us that you are helped as quickly and effectively as possible the moment a malfunction or some other problem arises. We therefore offer various forms of service and insurance. Service is always included. You yourself decide whether to extend this with, for instance, 24-hour service or other service modules. You can take out insurance to cover excess if, for example, a two-way radio is mislaid. We will be pleased to advise you on the best solution for your situation.
Registration system and invoicing
All rental equipment is labelled with a unique bar code which is scanned upon hiring and return. All details are stored in the rental system, and customer orders are updated with regard to missing or additional equipment, as necessary, ensuring you always receive an accurate invoice.
